Ingredients

  • Bengal gram 1 cup


  • Rice flour 1/2 cup


  • Salt 1 tablespoon


  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon


  • Ajwain 1/2 tablespoon


  • Small capsicum 5-6


  • Oil 3 cups(for deep fry)


  • Water 1 cup


  • Puffed rice 1 cup


  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup


  • Chopped tomato 1/2 cup


  • Chat masala 1/2 tablespoon


  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon


  • Coriander 2-3 tablespoon

Directions

  • Firstly take the small capsicum and clean well
  • Remove the seeds in middle
  • Now take a glass bowl and add rice flour,bengal gram and mix well
  • Now add the spices salt,red chilli powder and mix well
  • And water and make batter
  • Now take the puffed rice in a glass bowl
  • And add onion, tomato mix well
  • Add spices salt,red chilli powder, garam masala mix well
  • Add coriander lemon juice and mix well and keep it aside
  • Take a pan add oil and heat the oil at medium flame
  • Now take the capsicum and dip in the batter
  • And add to the oil and deep fry it until it is golden brown
  • Now take out from oil
  • Make hollow the middle part and fill the puffed rice mixture and serve hot...
